R.P.S. GROUP OF INSTITUTE

R.P.S. is a big brand no doubt. There are almost 12 INSTITUTE for different courses located in different part of Bihar. This group of institution is Est. in 1998 By Honourable R.P. Sharma. Right now this institution run by Dr Kumar Puspanjay and Kumar Pritanjay Sir. As i said there are almost 12 institutes of R.P.S. but i am at R.P.S. Residential school Danapur whose building view is shown above. So today i  am trying to  tell all the Positive and Negative aspects of this school only so that all the points would be clear for those students who wants to join this school for further study.

So let me start
First of all i would intro myself:-

HELLO everybody this is HARSH RANJAN Std 12th pass out student from the batch of 2016 from HOSTEL spent 2 value-able year in R.P.S. so as student i think i am able to give review about this school and let me clear few aspects of this school.


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION IN 12th

I think this is a main thing that should be strong factor which effect the completion life of the students if some good students are in the class then rest students start studying automatically. But here No criteria for admission every students can get admission here you may say first came first serve policy. So this must be changed and some limit must be set so that a good group of students may form i the classroom and result of students and school will increase year by year.


FACULTY MEMBERS FOR 12th

Speechless as all are good but they could not teach well as there is pressure of work from administrative block also this mean all faculty works for office. One thing that is few teacher not teaches well in the school as they know that all students are not good and not able to score well so they teach carelessly and call then in their coaching and in their personal coaching they give their best. At this situation broader get failed to get good education as they are not allowed to go out for anything even for coaching.

Just came to syllabus of class 12th in the starting of session they teaches in slow way in which only 2 or 3 chapters get completed in 3 month and at last of December they teaches in a way which is not attained by students.
Maths Faculty includes S.K.Rai sir and R.B.Chodhary sir
Physics Faculty including D.K. Singh (principal sir), Heament Sir, Neeraj Sir
Chemistry Faculty including A.K.Jha sir and Uma Sankar Parshad Sir
Biology Faculty including Hareram sir
Accountancy & Business Studies Faculty including Md Sabbir Hussian Sir
Economics Faculty including Shweat Mani Sir


                          SCHOOL FACILITIES 

CLASSROOM

The arrangement of bench in the classroom is not good. A zig-zag arrangement of bench is the problem for teacher to teach in the proper way. No proper arrangement of fans which is also problem for teacher to teach in a proper and comfortable way.
Class are fitted with CCTV Camera which is useless and they are just only show pieces.
Classroom is fitted with digital smart board
"EXTRAMARKS" which is one of the good thing of study and E-BOOK for students.

 Science Labs  

Labs are quite good as students get chance to do practical in chemistry and physics topics by own but still there is a drawbacks in lab also such as there are many chemical which are kept since many years which does not give the good result in experiment. But overall lab is in good condition.

Library 
School Library are also in bad condition as all books are backdated and old edition books which is not updated since many year. But No doubt there are many books but all are outdated books which are not used for these days competition world. So Library is just a place for gossiping with friends and no teacher are there to stop you.


Students Community
HaHaHaHaHa!!! Even i don't know about school community since 1 year as when one of my friend become school caption then i know that there is a school community in the school. Even the method of choosing school caption is also unknown as there is no method or base of selection school caption which is confusing too.

School Dress 
There is two different dress for students of different class as from Std.1st to Std.10th there is same dress and from Std.11th to Std.12th there is different dress but that is OK as there is a difference needed between Seniors and juniors.

School Invoice
After every three months School will sent you a demand dill to parents either through students if he/she is Day Scholar and or via post to your home if you are Hosteler. In Demand bill how much money is mentioned that much money you have to pay and every new demand bill has different bill sometime large amount is mentioned with a cause which is non understandable.
For Hosteler every demand bill is added with minimum Rs1000 amount in additional charge.
This means if you admitted here then they sucks money as much they wants.
Normal fee of hostel is Rs8500 which is quite higher than other hostel but this is acceptable that the faculties provided in hostel have this mush fee.

Discipline 
Nothing about Discipline Almost zero In Average every week there is a fight between hosteler and Day Scholar Either junior or senior both. Even students does not gives respect to teachers as teacher in the classroom and they move out of the class without the permission of teachers and monitor.Even if students are not in class then no teachers care about the students where they are gone. Overall this factor is also zero.But if you caught doing something irrelevant then school only put a heavy fine so that school management should be benefited.
 
Results
Every year one or two students score decent marks but rest of all students score in average of 60-70% marks in class 12th some of them get 70%+ marks if they are lucky but make sure if you joined hostel in RPS then this marks is also sure that you go maximum 70% marks if you studied really hard means 16×7. So thats clear if you joined hostel then your marks is in dought be sure about that you have to drop next year for further preparation if you are MEDICAL OR ENGINEERING aspirants.

Every year atleast 25 students among 200 students appear for 12th exam again that is IMPROVEMENT EXAM BY CBSE for increasing their 12th marks.

THE ROYAL YELLOW BAND

Let me clear about yellow band that is students who joined hostel facilities got I-DCard of yellow band. This band has really a different Prestige which you got on the power of money. There is lot of difference among the day scholar. If you want to enjoy these two year along with your academics then this is a good place. You can get lot of facilities here.

The Hostel is really well disciplined as this school is famous only for its hostel approx 600 students are living in the hostel every year. All the students mainly boys think that i am the king of the school but they do nothing in the hostel as the warden of the hostel is really strict Our RK TIWARI sir he can control all 400 students of hostel.Hostel members are really good as they really care of you in absence of your parents. But main thing happens that you are unable to study well in hostel even if you wants to do so. As there is no on who cares about what you are doing in the room but if some time Tiwari Sir came in room caught you doing irrelevant thing then god only saves you.

HERE IS THE CAMPUS OF BOYS AND GIRLS HOSTEL OF RPS RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL

    

Hostel is one of the best hostel in Bihar. So mainly students get attracted by the hostel.

In first year at class 11th mainly your year goes just by telling day scholar students about the the daily routine in the hostel and you get irritated by doing so.Only hostelers are forced to follow the discipline of school such as Polish the shoes daily, Neat and clean dress, No Narrow fitted dress, Go to school daily even in special class in which it is already known that no day scholars will came i.e. on Saturday just hostlers came for enjoyment.

You enjoy a lot as there is no environment of study just EAT SLEEP And REPEAT. You have to go for P.T. Game and T.V. only on Sunday for boys but in girls hostel T.V. is ON 7 Days in a week for her enjoyment as girls are needed also. You are not allowed to keep MOBILE PHONE with us but you can do so in Secret as many students do the same and every year almost 20 Mobile phones are sized by Tiwari Sir but still Students are doing the same practice. In the way of enjoyment when you get connected with girls Hostel even you don't know and then new game began you get fall in love with someone even I also but trust me this is a waste and after your 12th your love are not going to contact you and you understand what is love when u are in age of study at that time you started loving then you become fool.

Assembly in Hostel

Assembly in school is common as it happen in all the school but in hostel is quite odd as this thing happen in this hostel Me Harsh and Yash my one of the friend is the Head of this Assembly. This assembly is designed by our Tiwari Sir for the overall improvement in the language of students so that they are able to speck English in a easy way.

We are collecting students from different class and prepare them for speech and poem.This assembly happens just before "Evening Coaching" on Wednesday and Friday.

Coaching for Students

After coming from school you have to go for your special coaching for which you have to pay  approx Rs6000 per subject and if you had not taken then teacher who teaches you tease you in that way so that you have to pay the fee and join the coaching. Here also You understand or not doesn't matter they finishes her syllabus.

At evening there is a coaching called as "Evening Coaching" in which there is no study when teachers are there we just sit with books and at the time of self study just after the coaching we just making fun on other friends.

Overall conclusion of hostel is good Our hostel warder try her level best to increase the overall performance of students. Just came to food you have to complain about food except Saturday Lunch. Electricity is also good 24×7 there is a electricity supply in the rooms.

If you wants to join this school with hostel then please follows these measure for better results.

1.Never try to be Franck with friends as when you do so you have to no time for study.

2.Don't try to love someone because this not only effect you result even it hurts a lot.

3.Try to carry some books in school so that you can study in your leisure time.

4.Don't Depends upon the school coaching to complete the syllabus as they complete at the last of January and then you have to option other then crying.

5.Don't try to highlight your self in front of teacher to acquire attention of teachers and girls it just a waste.

6.Always keep contact with Principal Sir as he is only the best you to give you advice in need.

Rest all are the same

One Main thing keep in your mind that please do not fall in LOVE as this is nothing just a waste of time and 2 life became hell by doing so,your results also get affected and you have to carry the pressure on your heart of this mistake whole life that I have wasted someone's life. Even I and my friends also have a deep sorrow for this.

"Within this 2014-16 this class 12th Batch lost many good people I know that you're in heart thought and prayers. My Sincerest condolences for an incredibly great loss.We Never Forget you all".


Respected Teachers, Principal Sir, MD Sir And my dear Friends this is just a message to all about this school I have no intention to hurt anyone.  I am just trying to give you a reason why every year the result of students are not good.If any of my friends and teachers get hurt by any of my words then I am really sorry to all of you but please think about it.
